Who we are

What the contact form collects

Your name, email address and message, and, if you choose to add them, your phone number, business name, website, the service you are interested in and your AI visibility check score. We also note which page you sent the form from.

How we use it

Only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about. Your message is saved in our private database, so it cannot be lost, and delivered by email to the Sprout team (our CEO, with two colleagues copied) through our email delivery provider, Resend. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

How long we keep it

Messages stay in our email and database for as long as we need them to answer you and to manage any work we do together. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs for security and reliability. Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, loads no third-party advertising or analytics scripts and hosts its own fonts. To learn which pages help people reach us, it counts page visits and clicks on our phone number. Each count records only the page, the time and, for visits, the website you came from. No IP address, cookie or identifier is stored, and nothing is counted if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Links to other sites, such as our Google reviews or client websites, follow those sites' own policies once you click them. The support page links to the Sprout Support form on sproutforbusiness.com.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you. Send your request through our contact form or call 603-227-5240, and we will respond. Visitors in Canada, including Quebec, can use the same form for requests under PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25.

Changes

If we change what this site collects, we will update this page and the date at the top.
