# AI Basics Training for Teams

> AI basics training gives your whole team a confident, safe start with generative AI. In plain language we cover how chat assistants work, what they do well and badly, how to spot made-up answers, what must never be pasted in, and how to write first prompts for everyday tasks such as emails, summaries and research.
