- Are you mentioned on third-party sites, such as local news, directories or industry lists? Fix: Earn mentions through digital PR, associations and local partners.
- Do you publish case studies or project stories with real details? Fix: Write up recent jobs with location, scope, photos and outcome.
- Have you asked ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity who they recommend for your service and town? Fix: Run the prompts, record the answers and sources, and fix what they get wrong.
